Already 6 months

I can't believe Riley is already 6 months old. Time is going by too fast. I always thought my parents were silly for saying that, but it is so true!

At her 6 month checkup, Riley weighed 14.5 lbs and was 26" long. That's 8.5lbs and 6.5" since birth. It's amazing how fast she is growing. She's rolling over from her back to her tummy like a champ. She can roll from her tummy to her back, but she prefers to have someone else help her :-) It's so funny because she will almost immediately roll to her tummy when you lay her down, but then she gets frustrated because she thinks she's stuck! She loves her exersaucer and that makes me feel better about daycare these days - she does something other than sleep and eat. And the funniest thing is that she is completely engrossed any time that mommy or daddy eat (more on that in another post).
