Okay, so the update on Thursday was that 15 fertilized!!!! So, that's 15 possible babies. Holy moly again!
We got another update today. The embies should be 6-8 cells. They are graded on cell division, number of cells, and amount of fragmentation. I didn't get deep into the exact 'diagnosis' on all of them, but this is what I was told:
4 - Excellent
3 - Good
5 - Average
5 - Average
3 - Poor
So, I had told myself that I'd be happy with 7 today. Considering my report today, I think I'm quite happy. From what I've read, the chances for pregnancy greatly increase by the number of cells present. I think I have to have 8 cells to get an excellent rating, so that's good.
If you're curious, an excellent embie should look like this today:

Transfer is scheduled for Monday. So, for now, we just want those embies to continue to grow!

You are in my thoughts. So you are doing a 5 day transfer thats great. i did a 5 day on my 1st ivf and had 100 % implantation. Doing a 5 day is better than a 3 so i was told. I did a 6 day for my second ivf. please keep us updated...
