Thank you all

I must apologize a bit for my post. Call it pregnancy hormones taking over. I don't always take things "well" right now. I know everyone had the very best intentions and none of the comments were hurtful.

But, I wanted to tell all of you "THANK YOU". I do value your opinions - which is why I love having the comments. And I am so very grateful that I have had all of you by my side through this pregnancy.

I'm waiting to talk with my doc some more tomorrow. The little that I got to talk to him today pretty much confirmed that he cannot guarantee anything. They've got me on so much terb that who knows if I wouldn't go into labor by myself just waiting for 35w6d...who knows...

Anyway, I love you all :-)

Hang in there, sweet girl! The last 100 yards of this marathon you have been running is often the hardest.

I know you will all do what you think is best. Period. I have you in my thoughts and prayers this week. You are so close!!!!!!

XOXO--Reese

Maybe you've explained it elsewhere and I am just blind :) but I really am curious, WHY are you inducing/delivering early? I understand you've had devastating losses before, but since they weren't full-term stillbirths, I'm confused as to why the docs want to take the baby out sooner. I'm sure they know best--I'm just genuinely curious as to why. And I hope you aren't upset by this comment. But can you explain? :)

((HUGS)) hon. I guess no matter what you decide someone will disagree. But you do whats right for YOU, Matt and that little girl. Your drs have steared you in the right direction so far and I'm sure will continue to do so. I understand the preemie thing b/c in my mind a preemie yes there may be issues BUT they drs can help them on the outside and there isnt the chance that my body will let down this baby too. I am here to support you no matter what. I luv ya. Take care and I'm always a phone call/text away...

I've never commented before, but wanted to let you know that my daughter was born at 35 weeks, 5 days. My induction was scheduled for 37 weeks (my first son was stillborn at 37 weeks), however, this little girl had other plans! I received the steroid shots at 32 weeks and who knows if that made the difference, but she came home with us and has been healthy as could be ever since. She was born during RSV season so I was a little extra nervous about that, but they just advised us to take extra precautions the first few weeks (frequent hand washing, limit visitors, avoid large crowds, you know the deal...). I know every story is different, but just wanted to let you know that we had a very healthy baby at 35w5d!

Can't wait to read the update that says she's here! Good luck, you are so close to the finish line! Those last few days can be overwhelming...hang in there. Thinking of you!

I'm so excited for you!! I can't believe the time is here and you'll be holding your little girl any day. I'm sure those shots did wonders and she is going to be just fine. You are totally past the danger zone. I can't wait to hear all about it and see pictures of your sweet little girl. :)
